We’re looking for a detail-driven Accounts Assistant to support the financial side of the business and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

This is a key support role working across day-to-day finance and admin. You’ll be responsible for keeping records accurate, payments organised, and helping the team stay on top of budgets and reporting.

Ideal for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing invoices (incoming and outgoing)
• Managing supplier payments and tracking due dates
• Reconciling bank transactions
• Assisting with monthly accounts and reporting
• Supporting payroll processes (where needed)
• Managing expense tracking and approvals
• Liaising with external accountants/bookkeepers
• Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
• Supporting budgeting for events and projects
• General admin support across finance and operations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Confident using accounting software Xero
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills

Bonus (Not Essential)

• Experience working in music, events or creative industries
• Understanding of event budgets and cost tracking
• AAT qualification (or working towards)
