Production Manager

Location: London ( | Permanent | Flexible hours, nights & weekends)

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes electronic music and production. Our venue transforms into a high-energy nightclub on weekends and a premium corporate space during the week and the technical experience defines everything.

You’l run sound, lighting, and AV across DJs, live acts, and corporate events. From advancing riders to tuning Funktion-One rigs, from mentoring the tech crew to planning festival-scale lineups, this is hands-on production leadership at its core.

If you love a perfect mix, booming bass, and flawless visuals, this is your playground. You’ll manage crew, maintain systems, plan every show, and ensure every night is a proper audio-visual journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own every aspect of technical production — club nights, live acts, and corporate events.

• Advance riders, plan gear and logistics, and coordinate external suppliers.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise our Funktion-One sound, FFA amps, XTA processors, and AV rig.

• Lead and mentor a small tech team, freelancers, and crew on site.

• Keep production documentation, baselines, and spares in check.

• Ensure safety and compliance without killing the vibe.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in AV or production management in clubs, live venues, or electronic music events.

• Strong knowledge of sound systems, DSP, and AV infrastructure.

• Solid leadership skills — mentoring, scheduling, and on-the-fly problem solving.

• Spot-on electronic music culture knowledge — you know what makes a night feel right.

• Flexible: nights, weekends, and event-driven schedules.
