IT (Info Technology) Intern

The IT Team at Concord supports a user base on the global scale. We respond to tickets from our user base related to desktop, server, and network support. We also support the teleconferencing in all the conference rooms within our offices. We are also involved in all IT projects and security governance for the organization. Any IT Intern candidate will be looking to expand upon their current skills related to an entry level IT Support or helpdesk position. This position will focus on support of the

Our paid internship program will give you a unique opportunity to enhance your professional skillset, increase your knowledge of the industry, and expand your network. Our goal is to help you develop your talents as well as receive dedicated mentorship and support. Our Summer Internship Program will run from Tuesday, June 2nd – Friday, August 14th and allows interns to work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week. This internship is a paid in-person opportunity and requires the ability to work in the specified office location. 

What you’ll do:  

• What will be the intern’s responsibilities on the team? Assist with IT Support tickets and all current IT projects. The position will continue to develop any previous experience or technical school related to IT helpdesk and network support.
• Who will the intern support and in what capacity? Nashville corporate office staff, providing an IT support role alongside our Managed Services Provider
• How will the intern’s manager support this? By providing instruction and knowledge growth in the different IT areas that our staff takes care of.
• How will the intern’s department teammates support this? Work tickets alongside the intern. Provide necessary access to servers or network devices to allow the intern to accomplish their work.
• What tools and resources will be given to the intern? A working laptop to access company’s IT platforms. Questionnaires to develop IT trajectory and establish good troubleshooting skills.

• The timeline of this internship programs runs from Tuesday, June 2nd – Friday, August 14th. You must be able to work 20 hours/week.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.87
