Booking Agent (Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Booking Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow your own roster of artists, pitch to venues, clubs, and festivals, and secure live performance opportunities across the world

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and grow a roster of artists
• Pitch and secure live performance opportunities with venues, promoters, and festivals
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the live music and events industry
• Negotiate fees and contracts, and support logistical coordination
• Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities for artists on your roster

Requirements
• Previous experience in artist booking, talent management, or a very similar role
• Existing industry contacts and a solid understanding of the booking process top down
• Ability to start immediately with a roster of your own acts 
• Highly self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
• Ability to build and manage your own roster independently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Low base & a high earning potential, this role is heavily commission-driven and rewards strong deal-makers.
• Remote and flexible ideally prefer someone full-time, but we’re open to discussing flexible arrangements for the right candidate.
