285 Group is a management company working within electronic music.
We work alongside producers, writers, DJs, and live acts at varying stages of their careers.
Our roster includes Chaos In The CBD, DJ Seinfeld, CC:DISCO!, KILIMANJARO, Midland, Moxie, Isaac Carter and more.
285 Group is seeking an experienced new team member to work on day to day management across select artists on the roster. These tasks include release management, label management, overseeing asset creation, marketing strategies both online and offline, tour strategy and implementation and administrative duties.
The role is full-time from our London office. Although semi-remote working is possible depending on the candidate.
An ideal candidate would have experience in the skills listed below.
Skills/experience:
- 5+ years working in artist management. Although we will consider candidates from other areas of the industry such as record labels, booking agencies, events, social media, marketing and more, who have extensive knowledge of the inner workings of the wider industry.
- Label and release management experience.
- An excellent knowledge of CRM and marketing campaigns both on and offline.
- A good understanding of touring, working with agents, logistics teams and implementation of tour strategies.
- Basic editing of promotional materials including images, videos, and sound.
- An excellent knowledge of social media platforms, strategy and advertising.
- Knowledge and understanding of music rights organisations.
- An excellent knowledge of Excel/Numbers/Google sheets and Google suit.
- Good business acumen
