The Orchard is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to manage and execute its growth strategy, team building and client relationship initiatives in the Nordics & Baltics. Driving efficient communication and best practices, setting and attaining measurable goals, developing and upskilling staff, and articulating, operationalising and evolving the company’s value proposition are critical to the candidate’s success.  The candidate must have relationships across the industry at all levels and the ability to elevate the company’s revenue and profile within the current client and retail base.
