Fanza / Seer Assets is an emerging marketing & technology agency in the music & live events space, founded & headquartered in New York, with satellite offices in Phoenix, AZ and Dublin, Ireland. We work alongside some of the largest music festivals and artists around the world, using our combined 40 years experience in the industry to market and grow our clients' interests. We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Paid Media Specialist to join our fast-growing company in our Dublin office to work on marketing campaigns for clients around the world. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our paid social, SEM, display & video strategies. You'll join our digital team and work closely with our Digital & Marketing manager, Director of Marketing and full agency team to maximize the effectiveness of digital spends for our clients. The Role Responsible for paid media campaigns, particularly on social, with a view to maximising traffic, engagement, conversion rates, & ultimately ROAS. Analyse performance; understand audiences related to campaigns and optimize based on a variety of factors in a unique space. Work closely with creative & social media teams to co-ordinate creative direction and needs on a campaign-by-campaign basis. Create multiple variations of ad units, enlisting help from creative & copywriting teams to facilitate this creation process. Compile, analyse and report on campaign data in a clear & coherent manner, with an ability to learn & pivot campaigns on-the-fly based on learnings. Continuously innovate and carry out A/B tests, test new formats, and present learnings to management. Proactively research and pitch new digital strategies and channels to management & team. Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role with a proven track record of campaign management Strong understanding of conversion-based marketing & campaign strategies Comfortable with pixel & signal tracking (e.g. FB pixels & custom conversions, GTM, Snap pixels etc) Experience with analytics tools (e.g. FB Analytics, Google Analytics) Familiarity with testing methodologies & a willingness to experiment with multiple variations across campaign, audience and ad level Strong budget management skills Experience managing client & partner relationships, coordinating deliverables, alongside in-house teams Fluent & well-written English is a must-have Nice to have Experience in the music or live events space is a plus, as well as an understanding of the audiences at hand Experience editing HTML & CSS to implement conversion scripts Please send a CV & cover letter via Doors Open to apply.
