NOT BAD FOR A GIRL is an organisation working to challenge gender discrimination in the dance music industry. We achieve this by hosting live music events, networking opportunities and workshops focussed on women and gender-diverse people. Alongside this, we run a label (EQUAL PARTS), and look after a growing roster of seven resident DJs who play regularly at clubs and festivals across the UK and beyond. We’re seeking a versatile and creative Events & Digital Manager to join our team. This is a startup environment so the ideal candidate will be adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced, evolving role, with plenty of room for creativity, flexibility, and growth opportunities.
