Distribution Policy Analyst Permanent, Full Time (Hybrid working role - minimum three office-based days a week in London) About the Team The Distribution team’s key role is to turn PPL’s data inputs (the money received, the music usage reported, and the recordings registered by its members) into PPL’s data outputs, by calculating the payments due to members in the resulting distributions of collected monies.  The aim is always to do this in ways that are accurate and cost-effective, using market research and data analysis to pay music makers fairly for the use of their recordings by broadcasters and in public places like shops, bars and restaurants.
