Position Summary: Secretly Group seeks an Office Assistant for our Brooklyn, NY office. This is an entry-level position that will undertake a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to office management; clerical functions; screening calls; managing calendars for multiple executives; making travel and meeting arrangements.
