Noods Levels CIC is an extension of the work we do as Noods Radio LTD, a youth-led radio station based in Bristol. We’re independent and experimental and have been offering a platform for young people to develop their creative practice for six years. 

Our vision is clear. To make creative careers accessible to anyone.

We’re working to empower young talent by creating new opportunities through collaboration. Building a creative community is at the heart of everything we do: we’re creating a culture that fosters encouragement, growth and openness.

Love music? Love building community? Here’s your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping one of the UK’s most exciting independent radio stations. We’re looking for a Programmer to join the core team at Noods Radio — working closely with our programming and marketing leads to curate the station’s programming, projects, and events. Noods was born in 2015 from Sunday morning sessions in Bristol, built on a love of sharing music and bringing people together. Since then, we’ve grown into a global platform for misfits, selectors, and cultural explorers, broadcasting weekly from our home at Mickey Zoggs , Cheltenham Road, Bristol.
