Additive Music PR is a boutique PR agency specialising in dance and electronic music, across singles, albums, events and artist-focussed campaigns.

Additive was founded by Greg Sawyer in 2016. Previously in-house at Defected Records and with over a decade's experience in the music industry, Greg was the label’s sole publicist across their albums, singles and events, and has built campaigns for the likes of Pete Tong, Gorgon City, MK, Frankie Knuckles, Dimitri From Paris and Hercules and Love Affair. Greg has also worked campaigns for events at world-renowned venues such as Ministry of Sound, Pacha, Space Ibiza, Amnesia and Oval Space.

Additive Music PR is recruiting a Junior Publicist. The role involves working closely with labels, venues and artists in developing and delivering PR campaigns across a range of genres, but predominately focusing on house and techno. The role would be perfect for a talented and ambitious publicist with previous experience at a record label, club or agency that wants to take the next step in their career. Job description & responsibilities Creation and organization of press materials, including writing press releases and artist bios Building bespoke press campaigns for clients and pitching for coverage in the UK, Europe and worldwide Researching new contacts and maintaining an up-to-date and comprehensive database Liaising with clients and managing ongoing campaigns and projects Compiling coverage reports across various campaigns Ideal requirements 1+ years experience in a similar role Intimate knowledge of and passion for music of all genres, but especially electronic genres Knowledge of media landscape as well as relevant outlets and contacts Fast and accurate copywriting and copy editing skills Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in other languages would be a bonus Proficiency in Word processing, Excel, content editors (Wordpress etc), Photoshop, Google Drive preferred Confidence, the ability to cope well under pressure and a positive attitude are all absolutely vital Salary will be dependent on previous experience.
