Percolate is a events production company – focused mostly on electronic music across clubs and festivals. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team based in Hackney, London One of the UK's premier electronic music event promoters & small festival operator. An exciting, independently owned, company that is firmly in the underground events scene whilst also operating and programming warehouse spaces. Percolate is independently owned and you will be working in a tight knit team. Apprenticeship summary   The role will be to assist the director with their daily tasks and to be responsible for the general running of the busy office. You will also be required to attend gigs, festivals, meetings and events throughout your apprenticeship. You will be contributing to the day-to-day running of Percolate and managing the administration, logistics and management of events. The ideal candidate will be incredibly thorough and organised, interested in creating, refining and implementing administrative processes, and be a self-starter. Ideally you will also be passionate about music and events. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Keep track of artist bookings by the director Advance shows including booking travel and accommodation for artists Report on artist availability Prepare shows technical and hospitality rider for artists Liaise with venues and agents for dates Fill booking forms and offers Keep calendars up-to-date for upcoming shows Pass on show briefs to Event Management team Assist directors with daily duties Assist at events with managing artists and venue Manage the office diary and ensure sure staff members are prepared for meetings Take notes in meetings Collating information for artist pitches Desired skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work Able to handle a busy workload Comfortable working individually and as part of a team Can take notes in meetings Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask Active listening skills Personal qualities Highly organised with real attention to detail The ability to multitask Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential Able to handle a busy workload Comfortable working individually and as part of a team Can take notes in meetings Active listening skills
