For six years, we’ve been empowering some of Europe’s most successful music festivals to unlock their true potential, selling accommodation packages and travel, generating new revenue streams while giving a more complete and personal customer experience.   As a Sales Admin Executive you will support the sales team to maximise festival holiday package bookings during our busy launch period. Working across several major European music festivals your responsibilities will include: Answering inbound customer calls. Qualifying customers and generating quotes via our bespoke Whatsapp software. Building bookings on our bespoke CMS system and taking payments.   This will be a customer facing role and you’ll spend a lot of your time speaking to a diverse mix of festivalgoers to aid them in booking their holiday.
