We're looking for a commercially-minded creative thinker who knows how to craft, pitch and package innovative ideas and concepts. A culturally-savvy music lover who is equally creative and articulate. NTS is a global music platform that has been pushing boundaries in independent music, events and digital culture since 2011. We're looking for a commercially minded Creative Strategist with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a strategy / business development role, ideally within an agency environment. Understanding NTS, who we are and our role in culture is essential. We are a tight-knit team of passionate, supportive professionals who love music and are excited about creating new ways for brands to get involved in what we do and how we can push culture forward together. In this role, you will be expected to lead the team through the creative pitch process, from start to finish - working alongside in-house Creative Director, graphic designers, talent booking and programming. MUST HAVE: 3-5 years experience in strategy role (ideally at a creative agency or in an agency environment) Proven track record of developing custom solutions for brands A love of music and contemporary culture Excellent written and verbal communication skills Mastery of keynote Flawless in person presentation skills A collaborative, team spirit An innate drive for clarity and simplicity This is a permanent, full-time position based in Dalston, London. Flexible working hours and the ability to work from home 1 day per week. Salary commensurate with experience. NTS has offices and studios in London, Manchester, Los Angeles and Shanghai.
