Some of our clients include Mixpak Records, ZHU, Dam Funk, Chronixx, Night Bass Records, Enchufada, PAN, and many others. Description We are seeking an entry-level content specialist who will be responsible for managing deliveries to digital retail stores in our supply chain (Apple, Spotify, Tidal, YouTube, etc). This includes reviewing all relevant audio, artwork, and metadata to ensure it meets quality standards before delivering them to retail partners. The content specialist will also serve as a point of contact for clients to assist with troubleshooting, updating releases, and any general queries as they relate to the release setup and delivery process. This is a freelance role, working alongside the seed team in the Brooklyn office 3 days per week.  General Responsibilities - Ensure content is delivered in a timely manner and to the required specifications to meet our quality standards - Serve as a point of contact for our clients for queries pertaining to release setup or delivery - Work closely with the marketing director and client director to manage release schedule and meet internal delivery deadlines - Troubleshoot any delivery issues - Assist with profile cleanup and whitelisting - Collate, manage, and store marketing assets provided by clients - Provide support to the marketing team as needed Requirements - Must be able to provide your own laptop - Amazing organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to successfully prioritize multiple tasks based on a dynamic workload - Ability to read and respond to a high volume of emails - Strong MS Excel skills - Passionate about the music industry and have an open mind towards all genres of music - Knowledge of music platforms (Spotify, iTunes, YouTube, and Soundcloud) and a willingness to learn new ones - Strong oral and written communication skills - Bachelor's Degree (preferred)  Pluses - Strong understanding of electronic music - Prior music industry experience How To Apply Send us your resume and cover letter and please link us any relevant music industry projects you've worked on.
