Insomniac’s premier annual event, Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, is the largest multi-day music festival in North America, and attracted more than 400,000 fans over three days in June 2016. RESPONSIBILITIES Artist Advancing including getting and compiling Technical Riders, Visuals etc Compiling DJ and Backline lists and liaison with artists & vendor Advancing all production on smaller stages with artists tour & production managers, management and agents Liaison with Stage Vendors on Artist Equipment and rider needs Helping Compile & sending out Artist Production Packs Producing & Sending Artists Watermarked Drawings Collecting & Compiling Technical Documents including stage designs, Lighting specs, plot, Patch, video plots & pixel map , audio specs, SFX & laser specs & Plots etc Compiling of artist lighting and VJ programming and sound check schedules Producing Production packs for Stage Managers and DJ Techs QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years experience in stage production for live entertainment 4 year Bachelors degree is preferred 3+ years creating and managing large scale budgets WORK ENVIRONMENT Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments May work in drastic temperature climates Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa.
