The National Culture Marketing Manager has the overall strategic and operative responsibility for the Culture Marketing program in his/her region with the aim of building brand relevance within the playgrounds of music, dance and art. The aim is to translate the global Culture Marketing strategy into a national strategy and create a locally relevant and impactful program. He/she is responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of artists and creative Opinion Leaders. Additionally, he/she develops new concepts and ideas, evaluates the effectiveness and impact of our existing programs and aligns closely with other business entities such as brand marketing, communications or sales. His/her work contributes to the overall national marketing and business goals in-line with the set international marketing strategy.

CULTURE PROJECTS & PROGRAMS: Translate the International Culture Strategy into a national Red Bull Culture program, implementing concepts relevant to local market and business requirements; Create and execute high quality events of all scales and leverage existing international projects; Plan and execute an efficient 3rd party events program
QUALITY CONTROL: Manage top quality pre and post campaign/event KPI tracking and evaluate the results and final outcome/impact of all activities and translate into learning.
PEOPLE AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
ARTIST PROGRAMS: Cultivate a rich network in the fields of culture in general and music in particular to be aware of new upcoming trends and movements; Establish a strong portfolio of artists to work with on various projects; Ensure a tight network with local music entities (labels, agents, bookers…) to support and drive both artist collaborations as well as licensing conversations.
STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE CULTURE PROGRAMMES: Contribute to reaching all national marketing and sales targets and create and maintain an outstanding artist/opinion leader network.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
5+ years of experience in a creative-based role (editorial, record label, agency, management, etc.) working directly with talent on deadline-driven projects
Experience and Expertise in dealing with artists and related entities (labels, management, etc.) as well as dealing with brand partnerships
Strong management skills, working with a team of specialists, leading external agencies/freelances
Clear understanding of global entertainment, music and culture industry, as well as a firm understanding of the youth culture market and scenes in the country
University Degree or multiple years of working experience in a professional business environment
Fluent in Spanish & English written and spoken
Travel up to: 25%
