We are looking for a Director of Growth & E-commerce (f/m/x) to join Native Instrument’s Marketing team. The person in this role will lead Native’s global online acquisition and retention strategies as well as having responsibility for improving E-commerce. This role reports directly to the CMO. In this position you will be managing people, developing talent, and working effectively cross-functionally (eg. Sales, Product & Engineering, Customer Service, etc.). You will need the knowledge and confidence to work with the Executive Team and be a great partner to their peers in the Marketing organization. You will be an avid student and teacher: studying data, distilling it and sharing their insights broadly. Moreover, in this role you’ll develop and execute high visibility e-commerce marketing programs and plans that drive Native’s growth. This will include maintaining and optimizing our external web strategy, including navigation and site performance. Prioritizing and implementing website updates that improve user experience, clarify product positioning, and feature the most relevant content. Through collaboration with the product lines and content team, you’ll influence content strategy and creation, while ensuring consistent messaging. What You’ll Do: Work with the Online Marketing team to continuously optimize Online acquisition channels (eg. SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate) and Retention channels (eg. CRM, retargeting) with a focus on CAC : LTV and increasing MAU. Bring thought leadership to the Company for rethinking how E-commerce at Native instruments could and should work while improving the processes and performance of the existing platform. Manage global promotions and offers strategies - while maintaining profitability and addressing competitors tactics - and align with the Sales & Product teams. Govern topline acquisition performance to effectively manage runrates and meet and exceed our ambitious growth targets. Rethink our tracking and attribution logic and develop approaches that help to inform product strategy, channel focus, target setting and budgeting. Work with Data Science to improve Marketing reporting and developing deeper customer insights. Help build a scalable A/B testing infrastructure and provide thought leadership for the cross-functional team that improves landing page performance Company wide. Budget all acquisition efforts in close collaboration with Marketing leadership and Finance. Facilitate the collaboration between Performance and Brand objectives to achieve impactful visual and written consistency across all channels. Help to define and test our Audience strategy globally. What You’ll Bring: Hands-on experience with most online marketing channels, with a focus on paid acquisition and CRM, preferably for a Marketplace or E-commerce company. 12+ years of experience as a growth marketing leader and a clear track record of successfully marketing consumer products as well as building successful teams. Experience in interpreting and analyzing performance data, and translating that data into action. Knowledge of subscription businesses is preferred. Not afraid to constantly challenge the status quo and obsess about problems solving. Fluent written and spoken English necessary; German is a plus. Native Instruments embraces diversity.
