Berlin (In-Person) Otherworldly Artists is a booking agency built for artists shaping the future of live and electronic music. We’re looking for someone who thinks deeply about artist signing and long-term development, and who already has a point of view on how to scale a roster sustainably without compromising identity, cohesion, or intent.   We’re inviting a Head of A&R to join our Berlin office in person on a salaried basis.
