e•SOUNDS is expanding its roster of female, LGBTQ+ and gender-expansive artists worldwide. We are looking for DJs, live set artists and electronic music creators working across techno, rominimal, slow motion/downtempo, nu-disco, trance, experimental and adjacent underground scenes. e•SOUNDS operates a combined management and booking model. We do not offer one without the other. The focus is on building artists properly, not securing isolated bookings. This means working across music direction, releases, positioning, visual identity, communication, audience development and live opportunities as one connected process. US   The Ministry of Sound opened in 1991 in a disused bus garage in a forgotten corner of South London. It was the first nightclub in the UK to have a 24-hour licence, didn’t serve alcohol and featured an earth-shaking sound system in a specially constructed dance box.    We went on to become the world’s largest independent record company (now owned by Sony) and stage giant dance events.
