TEA is a multi-award-winning agency specialising in music, events, and culture. We help independent artists, festivals and brands be seen and heard through impactful PR and digital campaigns. With a global reach and a passion for electronic music, we’re a small, agile team delivering big results.
We’re hiring a PR Coordinator to lead and support press campaigns across music, events and culture. You’ll write compelling press materials, pitch to the media, manage relationships and help drive coverage across digital and traditional platforms. You'll work closely with clients and our internal team to deliver campaigns that connect and convert.
Run and support PR campaigns for artists, events and festivals
Draft and create press releases, manage pitches and radio pitching
Monitoring and reporting: using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for optimisation
Build and maintain media and influencer relationships
Secure coverage and coordinate interview logistics
Track campaign performance and share results with clients
Collaborate with the content and strategy team on integrated campaigns
Support onsite at events and shoots when needed
Creative campaign planning to maximise results on news and placements
2+ years in PR (preferably music/events)
Marketing CIM qualification, Marketing/PR Degree or additional marketing qualifications not essential but advantageous
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Strong media knowledge and contacts (music, culture, lifestyle)
Highly organised, proactive and deadline-focused
Be a self starter - that strives to deliver incredible work and proactively support clients
Passion for music, events and cultural storytelling
Comfortable working remotely with autonomy
Experience with content creation, paid media or influencer comms
Work on award-winning campaigns in music and culture
Fast learning curve with direct access to founders
