A&R Manager

We’re seeking a passionate, well-connected A&R to help shape the future of KSHMR’s label Dharma Worldwide. You’ll scout talent, facilitate collaborations, develop artists and guide records from demo to release. If you’ve got strong relevant industry experience, live and breathe dance music and have a sharp sense of what’s next, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and sign standout tracks from emerging buzzing acts and established global artists 

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, supporting their development and career growth

• Leverage your network of publishers and songwriters to source demos and pitch material to the right DJs and producers

• Use your industry knowledge and connections to match songs with the right collaborators 

• Support negotiating deal terms with artists and their teams

• Evaluate demos and masters, providing constructive feedback to help artists elevate each release

• Collaborate with the marketing team to shape and execute creative marketing strategies and campaigns

• Assist in managing and expanding Dharma’s playlist ecosystem 

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in A&R or a similar music industry role

• An exciting network of artists, managers and publishers to collaborate with 

• A deep passion for dance music and constant exploration of new and emerging artist 

• Strong grasp of today’s dance music scene and the dynamics of the DSP and streaming ecosystem

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a global team

• Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with artists and their teams

• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and across multiple time zones

Timing: Approximately 10 hours per week  

Location: Remote / work from home. Ideally this individual will be located in Europe or the Americas. Must be willing to work flexible hours

Compensation: $2,000/month + performance bonuses
