Purpose of the role:

As RA Pro continues to evolve, we are looking for a Product Marketing Lead who can shape how we position and communicate our products. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies and initiatives that drive adoption and engagement, ensuring seamless collaboration between product, design, revenue, and data teams to align on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution. A deep understanding of the electronic music ecosystem, including key industry players, competitors, industry trends, and audience behaviour, is essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the RA Pro marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and refine RA Pro’s core messaging and positioning based on user research, customer insights, and competitive analysis, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and updates, collaborating with product, design, and revenue teams to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Work closely with the product design team to analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities for growth
  • Work cross-functionally to execute product release strategies
  • Collaborate with the revenue team to create compelling sales and marketing collateral
  • Own and optimise B2B lifecycle marketing initiatives, including onboarding campaigns, feature adoption strategies, and upsell opportunities
  • Track key product marketing metrics, measure the success of campaigns, and continuously optimise strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Develop digital and IRL events as part of promotional activities

We’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably at a tech, SaaS, or marketplace business
  • Experience leading the go-to-market strategy for an entirely new product or venture, from positioning and messaging to launch execution and early-stage adoption.
  • Comfortable working closely with product teams on discovery efforts, gathering user insights, and translating feedback into marketing strategies that drive engagement and retention.
  • Proven track record of executing successful product or campaign launches with cross-departmental alignment
  • Strong ability to tailor communications and messaging for different audiences
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track and optimise engagement strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Iterable) would be an advantage
  • Experience with Webflow would be advantageous
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • A deep understanding of the electronic music ecosystem, including key players, industry trends, and audience behaviour
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimise the impact of product marketing initiatives

What we offer you:

  • Generous annual leave policies aimed at promoting work-life balance.
  • Flexibility in working arrangements, offering hybrid or remote work options based on role requirements and location.
  • Matching pension schemes and/or 401k.
  • Comprehensive staff wellbeing initiatives, featuring regular activities and workplace programmes to support mental and physical health. This includes discounted Classpass memberships, and custom-fitted earplugs.
  • Company-led social events, team lunches, and discounts on RA merch.
  • Paid annual volunteering allowance, encouraging contributions to community projects and charities you care about.
  • Regular company-wide Q&A’s with senior leadership, along with ongoing virtual educational training sessions for all staff.
  • A transparent internal company culture committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (see: https://ra.co/about/diversity).
  • Active involvement in community projects within the electronic music community (see:  https://ra.co/about/community).
