Artist Manager Assistant – Overcast Management
LONDON BASED ONLY
We are looking for an experienced artist manager assistant or project manager with record campaign expertise to oversee the day-to-day management of multiple well-established electronic artists.
Reporting to the artists' primary managers, you will act as the main point of contact between the artists and their wider teams, playing a key role in all aspects of their careers.
The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for electronic music and be someone who can not only respond to direction but also take the initiative in driving strategies, campaigns, artist administration, and communication.
Day-to-day management of multiple electronic artists
Representing artists in meetings with record labels, creatives, social media managers, and other third parties worldwide to drive global marketing campaigns
Owning and executing campaign strategies: building, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on record campaign performance while providing actionable insights
Overseeing content creation for records and touring: sourcing, negotiating, and hiring content creators
Analyzing social and DSP data to inform overall artist and campaign strategies
Managing artists’ social media strategy, creative direction, and execution
Traveling with artists to key promo and live events
Providing executive assistance to artists and primary managers, including diary management, scheduling, travel bookings, expenses, and recording session planning
Handling A&R admin: publishing splits negotiation, backend filing, registering music, label copy, mixing & mastering bookings, and delivering records to labels
Essential experience in record marketing campaigns
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
A proactive mindset—able to strategize and execute, overcoming obstacles such as limited budgets or resources
Experience in digital marketing or a strong passion for digital and social media
Self-motivated and strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead and execute campaigns
Deep love and knowledge of electronic music
Strong communication skills—keeping teams informed and celebrating successes
Passion for big ideas, creativity, and digital culture
Understanding of A&R admin, including label copy and track registration with collection societies
4 x days a week on a freelance contract. London based only.
