• Organize and negotiate bookings for artists at festivals, clubs, and private events.

• Maintain and update artist schedules in coordination with management and production teams.

2. Business Development & Networking:

• Prospect and develop relationships with promoters, event organizers, venues, and festivals across Europe.

3. Strategy & Negotiation:

• Negotiate contracts and performance conditions to maximize opportunities for our artists.

5. Internal Coordination:

• Work closely with marketing, communication, and production teams to ensure alignment on promotional and operational strategies.

• Maintain strong communication with artists and management to ensure smooth collaboration.
