Job Description

Pitch & Smith is looking for a candidate located in Brighton (daily office attendance required) to assist their Music booking agent.

The position offers a salary of £14,700 for the initial 12 months, followed by at least the National Minimum Wage thereafter.

Additionally, Pitch & Smith will fully finance the accompanying Level 3 Event Assistant training, which will be provided by BCE.

Role

Support the agent throughout the booking process and facilitate communication with venues, promoters, and artists.

  • Keep artist schedules, booking records, contracts, and invoices current and organized.
  • Create itineraries and ensure that all essential event information is conveyed to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Track ticket sales for performances and generate weekly sales reports.
