Elsewhere is looking for an HR Coordinator to report directly to the CFO / COO and handle all compliance and payroll-related matters.

Must have a keen understanding of NYC hospitality regulation and compliance, looking for a place to grow, and believe in our mission of shifting emerging culture in NYC.
Full time or part-time.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Help maintain and update handbook / policies / protocols / procedures
*Maintain all necessary hiring, review, and severance paperwork
*Stay up to date on all regulation and implement compliant internal protocols
*Sexual harassment training compliance and other training
Wage and hour
*Understanding of all NY labor laws and making sure all hours are properly tracked and reported
*Compliance for all meal break rules, call in pay, overtime, etc.
Payroll and benefits
*Run weekly payroll for our 200+ employees
*Handle all payroll-related issues
*Help manage and improve benefits programs
*Help address all personnel issues
*Help people grow via consult and finding training opportunities
*Help people with any payroll / benefits / compliance / harassment questions / issues
