The Role

Are you passionate about music events and festivals? We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our team and support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all Undivide events and festivals. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, music-driven environment.

Undivide is a leading force in the global electronic music scene, curating some of the most sought-after events and festivals worldwide. We collaborate with top brands and labels in dance music, including HospitalityDnB, The Blast, RUN, Korsakov, 1985 Music, Shogun Audio, Critical Sound, and many more.

Our events span continents, from Hospitality On The Beach, a seven-day drum & bass festival in Croatia, to Korsakov Weekender in Rotterdam, alongside tours across the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. With an extensive roster of club shows across the UK and Europe, we are dedicated to representing the full spectrum of electronic music.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting content across social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Work with designers to plan and create artwork, using tools like Adobe Express, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite for basic content creation and editing.
• Assist in communicating with key stakeholders e.g. artists, managers, and agents for social media support.
• Support general maintenance for events including updating websites, checking information for accuracy, and ensuring all links work properly.
• Assist in launching event campaigns.
• Help create and send email marketing campaigns, making sure the content is clear, engaging, and on time.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Undivide brands and drum & bass culture.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) and their audiences.
• Basic photo and video editing skills using Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with confidence in working across different departments.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and time management.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace.

Other Requirements

• Minimum three days a week in the Bristol or London office.
• Ability to work remotely & travel when required.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends at events.

Education & Experience

• Marketing and social media knowledge is desirable.
• While event experience is a plus, it’s not required—enthusiasm for festivals and live events and an understanding of how they operate is key.
