Job Description
An exciting position has become available for a highly motivated and creative individual with a driving passion and knowledge of electronic music.
The Assistant Booker & Promoter will support in booking and promoting our festivals and club events. This role encompasses talent booking, event promotion, marketing and contributions to our record label, merch and podcast activities.
Key Responsibilities

Talent Booking & Negotiation
- Assist in identifying and securing a diverse range of acts for.a range of festivals and clubs shows.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and logistics with artists, agents, and managers.

Event Promotion & Marketing
- Develop and implement promotional plans for events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and campaigns.

Analysis & Reporting
- Assist on event budget tracking and sales reporting.
- Data analysis and weekly reporting on ticket sales, demographics and lates trends.

Podcast, Label & Merch Support
- Assist on planning and managing the podcast schedule, securing guest appearances and coordinating releases.
- Assist in scouting new tracks, coordinating label releases, and managing promotional plans.
- Assist on our merchandise operation

Industry Networking & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with artists, venues, booking agents, record labels, and other key industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- A deep passion for electronic music and a comprehensive understanding of the scene.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in event promotion, booking, or a related field.
- Proven experience in promoting events + marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as Mailchimp, social media platforms, graphic design tools, and google suite.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with ticketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Content creation - video/photo content creation for social media campaigns.
- Paid media campaigns
