Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Conversion Product Manager to lead the optimization of our conversion funnel. You’ll be successful in this role if you have deep domain expertise in forming a data backed hypothesis, running experiments, and moving core funnel metrics. Core funnel metrics include acquisition, activation, DAU/MAU, conversion, and retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the high-level mission, vision, and roadmap for the team
  • Define metrics and KPI’s to measure the effectiveness of experiments
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to develop hypotheses
  • Run hundreds of experiments to move funnel metrics
  • Use email, push, and in-app messaging as your primary tool for running experiments

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years working on growth product and funnel optimization
  • You have 5+ years of experience working as a product manager/owner
  • You have prior experience with using and implementing marketing automation tools
  • You have deep experience with A/B testing
  • You have run hundreds of tests and have a clear perspective on what does and doesn’t work
  • You can look at an email and immediately suggest multiple changes to increase conversion
  • You have a sharp product sense that allows you to determine what will work for users, what will most effectively move your metric, and what will be too complex to engineer
  • You care about agile software processes, data-driven development, and responsible experimentation
  • You have a proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts
  • You are a highly motivated and flexible individual with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful and timely delivery
