We are Perplex, a luxury experience and lifestyle brand specializing in immersive high-end electronic music events. Alongside our core business, we also manage consulting projects for some of the most prestigious brands in the global music and luxury event industry, including House of 10 for LVMH and the renowned Day Zero Festival created by international DJ Damian Lazarus.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with industry leaders and iconic brands, supporting creative and strategic marketing initiatives under the guidance of our Marketing Director. Starting with a commitment of approximately one day per week, this role has significant potential for growth as our consulting portfolio expands.
Role Summary
The Part-Time Marketing Manager will play a key role in delivering marketing, social media, and client communication strategies for both House of 10 and Day Zero Festival. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop innovative campaigns, manage client relationships, and oversee creative content that aligns with each brand’s identity.
This position requires a dynamic marketer who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments and can balance creativity with strategic execution.
Experience in event marketing, social media management, and working with luxury or lifestyle brands is essential.
We are open to someone joining us for either 1 or 2 days per week initially, with room to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for House of 10 and Day Zero Festival, ensuring alignment with each client’s brand identity and goals.
- Conceptualize and implement campaigns that drive engagement, ticket sales, and brand visibility across key channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to craft innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences and maintain the brands’ premium positioning.
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media channels for House of 10 and Day Zero Festival, ensuring a consistent voice and engaging content strategy.
- Plan and schedule posts, monitor performance, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Leverage social media trends and tools to enhance visibility and audience interaction.
Client Communication and Reporting:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication on all deliverables.
- Prepare professional reports, including campaign performance metrics, audience insights, and ROI analyses, tailored to client expectations.
Content and Creative Oversight:
- Oversee the creation and curation of content, including visuals, videos, and captions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, or freelancers to produce high-quality assets for marketing campaigns.
Workflow and Project Management:
- Establish efficient feedback cycles and workflows to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and client approvals.
- Use project management tools to centralize communication and streamline tasks for both clients.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years in marketing, social media management, or brand strategy, with event marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage client accounts and deliver impactful campaigns for high-profile brands.
Skills:
- Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Google Analytics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and timely execution.
- Ability to craft creative and engaging campaigns while adhering to brand tone and identity.
