Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various ads marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on Meta Ads to help promote our clients music. This role requires an individual who is adept at managing multiple projects, possesses excellent time management skills, and is passionate about the prospect of building and nurturing fan bases for artists. In addition, the individual will have sufficient skills with Premier Pro for creating ad creatives that drive engagement.  

Duties

  • Manage and run multiple campaigns for our clients across a range of goals, from increasing streams on DSP's, selling tickets to shows, growing high quality social media followers for artists to helping artists sell their merchandise.
  • Manage various ads manager platforms but with a focus on Meta Ads, creating high performance ads that deliver for our clients.
  • Using data analytics to track and interpret campaign results for continuous optimization.
  • Copywriting and crafting compelling ad messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Oversee and assist Google Ads campaigns to increase in-bound leads, ensuring effective targeting and budget management.
  • Generate quality ad creatives for multiple clients in short time. 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ads marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase in-bounds for Decent Music PR.

Experience

  • Proven experience running digital ads campaigns, particularly with Meta Ads but also Spotify Ads, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
  • Proven experience delivering excellent results.
  • Familiarity with SEO.
  • Comprehensive understanding of custom audiences, events manager, pixels and all elements of a campaign from Campaign level to Ad Set level to Ad level.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Can demonstrate a keen eye for detail and can ascertain meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and exporting Meta Ads data.
