Job Description

We’re looking for someone to join our team as Logistics Manager. You will be responsible for the on-going organisation of all fabric, FORMS, FABRICLIVE and Sundays at fabric advancing and logistics. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised and always thinking one step ahead.

Key responsibilities:

  • Booking hotels and travel, organising ground transport
  • Processing Home Office work permits
  • Advancing all weekend shows, completing itineraries
  • Reading and checking contracts, collating invoices & tech specs
  • Managing weekend guest lists
  • Ticket management and monitoring ticket sales
  • Cost Control
  • General office duties
