About the Team
PPL exists to help ensure those who invest their talent, time or money in creating recorded music are paid fairly for the use of their music when it is broadcast or played in public. Membership is free and open to anyone who performs on, or owns the rights to, recorded music.
Our members include both independent and major record companies, together with performers ranging from emerging grassroots artists through to established session musicians and influential festival headliners.
PPL Member Services team manages all interaction with our membership. Their work is split into two streams Member Services Operations and Client Services.
What you’ll be doing:
As our Managed Accounts Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of delivering first-class customer service to both our members and Managed Accounts representatives. Working closely with the Managed Accounts team, you’ll ensure we provide outstanding service and meet the needs of our valued clients.
In this role, your ability to multi-task and plan effectively will be key to success. You’ll take ownership of administrative processes and establish a well-organised, balanced timetable of work throughout the year. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to queries via phone, email, and in person. You’ll assist members in accessing and utilising their PPL accounts, provide information and analysis regarding payments, and ensure that all repertoire information remains up to date.
You’ll handle these responsibilities professionally and proactively, contributing directly to our team’s objectives of retaining key performers and maximising their revenue opportunities.
You’ll interact with colleagues across the business, including the Managed Accounts team as well as the International, Distribution, and Finance teams
