Job Description
The Associate Director will manage financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis functions integral to the business operations for Orchard’s owned labels as well as Orchard and Sony Joint Ventures. This person will also be the day-to-day financial lead for Orchard’s global Artist Services and Human Re Sources divisions.
What you'll do
- Office- first role, in office 4 days a week.
- Review, analyze, and manage monthly financial results of various Orchard/Sony entities.
- Prepare and present monthly reporting packages to senior management along with support for the annual business plan
- Prepare and present global financial reporting for Artist Services and Human Re Sources.
- Manage & administer marketing budgets.
- Prepare pro-forma artist/label release P&Ls.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree with concentration in Finance or Accounting, CPA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of business experience in accounting or financial analysis role.
- Entertainment /music industry experience is ideal.
- Experience with SAP, BPC, Looker, Console, deal modeling a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
