Brand new opportunity to join a Music Festival Company based in London, who focus on giving a platform to new music across a variety of different festivals internationally. 

With the brand launching new festivals every year, the team is growing and the Graphic Designer position, is newly created and will be responsible for a variety of areas, pivotal in furthering growth for the business. 

The Role:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the output of the designed assets, both across both digital and print, as well as assisting the Social Media Manager in creating assets for socials/campaigns. 

You will be responsible for the creation of original artwork including i.e posters for music-related festivals and events. 

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing projects from typesetting through to design, print and production;
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for, company logos, social templates and websites;
  • Working with external agencies to build brands and concepts;
  • Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size;
  • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief;
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required;
  • Liaising with coordinators and partners on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met.


  • Degree educated (ideally) with minimum 1-2 years working as a Graphic Designer;
  • A demonstrable portfolio including examples of event posters and/or event artwork;
  • Ideally previous experience in a music related field or with music related clients, if freelance;
  • Experience in Adobe Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign etc)
  • Some knowledge/experience of video editing and motion graphic software;
  • Fast worker, with the ability to prioritise and work towards company goals;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Proven ability to work flexibly and as part of a team;
  • Ability to work within specific deadlines;
  • Self starter, motivated and takes initiative;
  • Happy work with external digital agencies.
