Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing efforts, ensuring effective event promotion and advertising campaigns. This role includes managing the flow of art approvals, curating targeted audience lists, overseeing social media content, and supporting overall event marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal teams to optimize ticket sales, assist with brand announcements, and contribute to various projects, including wellness and community initiatives.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage artwork progression through various approval stages, from creation to public
    the announcement, and secure necessary advertising access.
  • Develop specific audience and targeting lists for each show and brand.
  • Plan, execute, and refine targeted ad campaigns while setting up events on platforms like Dice and Resident Advisor.
  • Work with Directors and Managers to ensure accurate ticket scaling and maintain up-to-date ticket counts.
  • Ensure all events are uploaded and maintained on each platform with accurate and timely
    information.
  • Create and send weekly email blasts for both venues.
  • Develop content for event announcements and special promotions tailored to specific audience segments.
  • Support the Floyd/Ground/Jolene team with event announcements and coordinate marketing activities in line with the overall strategy.
  • Develop and execute storylines using imagery, video, and copywriting.
  • Manage the social media calendar, ensuring regular, engaging, and aligned posts.
  • Contribute to wellness and community ideas and carry out special projects that connect marketing and advertising efforts as needed.
  • Provide training to team members to enhance marketing knowledge across departments.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in marketing coordination, advertising, or event promotion.
    Strong understanding of social media content creation (imagery, video, copywriting).
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads).
    Familiarity with event ticketing systems (e.g., Dice, Resident Advisor).
  • Ability to develop and maintain targeted audience lists for strategic campaigns
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a keen interest in events, marketing, and audience engagement
