Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for artists, album releases, tours, and other label projects to maximize brand visibility and drive audience engagement.

Campaign Leadership:

  • Lead and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, digital advertising, PR, influencer marketing, and experiential marketing to create impactful and cohesive campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Team Management:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities to achieve department goals and drive performance.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with A&R, artist management, creative, and digital teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with artists’ visions and label objectives. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to launch and promote new projects effectively.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives while monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies as needed.

Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with brands, sponsors, and media outlets to expand marketing opportunities and enhance the visibility of our artists and projects.

Data & Analytics:

  • Analyze campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends to measure success, optimize strategies, and ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

Must haves:

  • Proven experience leading marketing teams and managing successful campaigns for artists, albums, or brands.
  • Experience in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, content strategies and artist development plans to drive fan engagement and new audience reach
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to line manage
  • Excellent understanding of digital advertising and paid media
  • Strong network within the music and entertainment industry is an advantage.
  • Passion for music and a deep understanding of the music landscape.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and online promotion strategies
  • Understanding and working experience with advertising and analytical instruments on each social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Data-driven & results oriented: the ability to analyse and use data to optimise development
  • Structured, organised, with the ability to follow process and monitor budgets
  • Knowledgeable of market trends, music industry developments, digital innovations, digital marketing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and organised with excellent time management skills
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and creative ideas
  • Passion for music

Qualifications
