This role at Untitled Group combines elements of an Executive Assistant (EA), Personal Assistant (PA) and Project Manager. This role will manage multiple projects in collaboration with a Managing Partner, ensure continuity across tasks, and reduce the need for executive involvement. In this role you will coordinate across various teams, prioritise commercial importance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of your areas of impact. The role requires skills including being highly organised, proactive, and capable of driving tasks and projects to completion while keeping the executive up-to-date and focused on high-level priorities.

You are a well-experienced EA who has held roles partnering with senior management. You have worked in complex, multi-faceted businesses and enjoy a role with variety. You are happy working in a modern, busy office environment; and you know how to manage the balance between connection and confidentiality. HERE’S WHERE YOU’LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME:

  • Providing executive and personal support to senior leaders
  • Manage emails and schedule for a Managing Partner
  • Project management, coordination and administration
  • Prioritising projects based on commercial importance, profitability, and overall business impact
  • Maintaining consistency across communications, projects, and stakeholder interactions, ensuring the executive has a clear, organised understanding of all activities.
  • 'Connecting the dots' between different projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment between different departments and teams.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Representing the executive in meetings and handle communications professionally, ensuring their time and focus are optimised.
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings, including planning, attending, minute taking and reporting, and completing follow up actions
  • Prepare and format of reports, business papers and presentations
