As part of Kobalt’s significant expansion of AWAL - our recorded music division - the Senior Manager, Integrations will be responsible for managing the day to day processes of the Integrations Operation team to deliver a best in class client experience, ensuring smooth onboarding of the client from contract closure to go live. Reporting to the Senior Director, Label Integrations, the successful candidate will put the client at the heart of the process and deliver outstanding support levels, through a strong knowledge of project implementations and by maintaining excellent relationships with external partners.
You may be working for a label or distributor with experience in digital ops, supply chain and release management processes as well as deep expertise of physical media and digital music metadata, audio, artwork & video asset management and content management systems, as well as a passion for pushing things forward in this space.
Most important is that you have great interpersonal skills and can cope with a high-pressure/fast-paced environment but remain optimistic & persistent to make things happen as well as have a passion for music and Kobalt!
AWAL is the Recordings division of Kobalt, and provides a range of marketing, distribution and other services to artists and labels, empowering recording owners whilst enabling them to retain ownership and control of their masters. AWAL works with more than 12,000 clients and our roster includes labels including Glassnote Records, 30th Century Records, Loop, Chrysalis, Lex Records and SideOneDummy Records amongst many others.

ANNUAL LEAVE | Contractually 25 days, however Kobalt closes its offices for the 3 days between Christmas and New Year’s when staff contribute 1 day.
