What you'll do:
- Provide onboarding support of Digital Service Providers (DSPs) into SME’s digital supply chain
- Build/Maintain operational relationships and processes with SME DSPs
- Monitor the health of delivery channels and resolve failures
- Manage daily partner queries
- Work collaboratively with and lead initiatives amongst cross-department internal and external teams
- Identify areas for improvement or innovation and develop project plans for implementation, including scope, timeline, deliverables, and accountability, etc; manage project throughout implementation, with key focus on reporting of milestones and risk assessment throughout duration of project
- Contribute to DSP-related wiki to support knowledge and education across Sony Music
Who you are:
- Detailed experience with technical digital distribution mechanisms and concepts, such as XML, transfer protocols, encoding formats, or content management systems
- Understanding of digital workflows, the digital media marketplace and types of consumer services available
- Experience of account management/client operations roles with primary focus on customer service and digital best practice within a digital media environment
- Comfortable managing accounts and proven experience building strong client/partner relationships
- Must work well under deadline pressure; detailed-oriented, adaptable, and accepting of abrupt change and unforeseen challenges
