Distribution & Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

K7 Music seeks a Distribution & Logistics manager to lead sustainable and cost-efficient music product delivery for our in-house and external label clients. Your Tasks

As a Distribution & Logistics manager, you'll be part of the physical supply chain team in the day to day “business” of “a cost-efficient” vinyl, CD and merch distribution. Your primary focus will be on implementing strategies and workflows for efficient stock management (especially for D2C), transportation, warehousing, and delivery of our diverse music catalog to meet the needs of our esteemed in-house and external label clients. Collaborate closely with various internal teams and external partners to optimize our order processes maintaining high-quality and cost efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:

• oversee orders and logistics operations for music product distribution, inventory management, and warehouse coordination

• Liaise with external vendors, carriers, and partners to optimize delivery processes and ensure timely shipments

• Continuously analyze logistics processes, identify areas for improvement in sustainability and cost efficiency, and support implementing innovative solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistical activities with a focus on sustainability metrics and cost savings.

• Manage stock supply for our webshop warehouses

• Manage stock onboarding for new clients 

Requirements

• Min. 1-2 years logistics experience / understanding, preferably in distribution within music or entertainment.

• Understanding of distribution processes, supply chain principles, sustainability practices, and logistics software.

• Previous experience with inventory management systems is a +

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite especially Excel

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in english language

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
