Job Description

Night Group are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Marketing Manager – with a focus on promoting and driving music and events for Night Tales and Night Group. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote events.

This role demands a confident individual experienced in launching regular events and managing multiple ad campaigns. Responsibilities include leading agent communications, overseeing social media posts and schedules, and handling ticket reporting and analysis. Additionally, you will manage advertisements for table bookings.

A creative mindset and passion for design are essential for this role. You should have a strong understanding of digital engagement trends and be capable of developing both organic and paid content strategies. Collaborating closely with our design team, you'll ensure visually compelling, on-brand materials are delivered.

A strong analytical mind is needed to gather and interpret data, drive ad campaigns, manage ongoing competitor analysis and actively problem solve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting all Night Tales shows – launching events and running multiple ad campaigns.
  • Digital marketing: Utilise organic and paid advertising space, SEO, SEM to drive customer awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
  • Manage ticketing, ticket reporting, and provide ticket report analysis.
  • Manage the Night Tales Social Media Platforms and their various sub-brands (PARAISO, Club Tales etc)
  • Brand management: Continue to develop a strong brand identity for Night Tales and Night Group, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and venues.
  • Creative content development: Collaborate with our designer to produce engaging and visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, videos, photos, and written content for use across LinkedIn, TikTok & Instagram.
  • Market research and analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, conduct market research, and analyse customer data to identify opportunities for growth and optimise
  • Marketing strategies.
  • Write compelling copy with a consistent tone.

 

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). 
  • +5 years’ experience in a marketing position within the events & hospitality sector.
  • +2 years’ experience running paid advertising campaigns across Meta or Google ad campaigns.

Salary Range

£35k + (based on experience) + bonus
