Reporting to the CRM Manager in Polydor, this role focuses on lifecycle marketing for the Polydor UK Label. You will be responsible for planning creative and innovative CRM campaigns for the Polydor roster, engaging fanbases for out of cycle artists, identifying super fan audiences and managing consumer journeys.
You will be located within the Polydor UK label to ensure the label are meeting strategy and driving revenues & KPI’s.
Develop creative and innovative ways to increase engagement and promote database growth across all Polydor UK artist CRM touchpoints
Devise communication strategies for out of cycle Polydor artists, utilising new technologies and developments in CRM systems
Ensure Polydor UK’s CRM data is best optimised for segmentation across all channels
Create inspiring, original and forward-thinking CRM plans that nurture our existing fans whilst also acquiring new ones.
Work closely with the eCommerce & Label Marketing teams to increase CRM driven revenues.
Develop Polydor’s CRM strategy across all channels
Become competent with all centrally provided CRM systems, technology stack and analytical tools
Create best in class campaign examples and campaign plan templates to assist with future campaign planning
In-depth data analytics to produce monthly performance reports & campaign analysis for both the label and it’s artists
Supporting the Polydor CRM Manager on adhoc and regular reporting and campaign activity as needed
Analysis of Polydor’s CRM campaigns in order to provide recommendations for future activity
Be the keeper of our consumer data integrity under the new GDPR and data protection guidelines.
Nurture and grow new CRM channels opportunities
Essential
Proven experience working in CRM, Fashion/Entertainment or in a Digital Agency managing multiple accounts
Capable of managing and effectively segmenting global databases
Knowledge of best practice CRM campaigning and ability to create engaging, creative and innovative CRM campaign plans with a focus on driving data acquisition and increasing conversion on our artist stores
Awareness of current trends within consumer marketing, with experience in mobile messaging and interest in exploring new CRM technologies
Knowledge of privacy requirements and restrictions under GDPR
Experience working with enterprise level CRM systems, deploying campaigns, pulling reports, planning consumer journeys and analysing audiences
Able to product adhoc and regular reports of CRM campaigns, managing multiple reporting datasets in Excel, Looker Studio and internal reporting systems
Confident in creating and delivering presentations on campaign plans and performance
Proven experience planning and executing campaign testing, analysing the results to produce best practice recommendations and implementing findings
A good working knowledge of Google Analytic tools, tracking parameters & analysis.
Excellent IT skills including competency across all Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
Desirable
HTML coding skills and image manipulation
Experience working on CRM automations triggered from Ecommerce platforms e.g. Shopify
Understanding of CRM within the music industry space with experience in digital campaigning for artists
Experience running lead generation campaigns with paid media teams, measuring ongoing ROI from new subscribers driven
Previous use of enterprise level link tracking software
Experience using project management software e.g. Monday.com or Trello
Excellent attention to detail
Flexible and able to prioritise own workload
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, supporting multiple stakeholders
Strong interest in consumer marketing and exploring innovative new technologies
Good communication skills, able to present ideas and work collaboratively with the marketing, audience and Ecommerce teams
Interest in music with a knowledge of current trends and Universal Music roster
