How we LEAD:
As the Sr. Technical Product Manager, Supply Chain you will spearhead strategic initiatives to revolutionize our supply chain ecosystem through innovative technological solutions. Leveraging our expertise, you will navigate complex challenges and drive forward-looking designs to optimize our operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
How you'll CREATE:
Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders, driving transformative changes that enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.
Cultivate and maintain formal networks with over 15 technology delivery partners to implement software solutions, including SaaS providers and outsourced delivery partners, fostering a seamless tech ecosystem.
Provide strategic direction and partnership with supply chain stakeholders to optimize planning and procurement processes, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the management of third-party strategic roadmaps in coordination with internal and external partners to achieve outcome-oriented goals.
Provide expert guidance on supply chain technology matters, offer insights, facilitate gathering sessions, and provide recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Implement front-end solutions to streamline customer service, enhance operational performance, and reduce product overhead.
Drive development of scalable end-to-end cross functional processes, ensuring smooth execution from conception to delivery at an enterprise level.
Translate complex business challenges into actionable requirements, leveraging automation and cross-functional collaboration to minimize errors.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including supply chain operations, Planning teams, and procurement partners to review and test proposed solutions before implementation.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights on optimizing business processes through technology solutions.
Establish and integrate industry standards to manage Physical Supply Chain data across our global technical ecosystem and drive accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
Champion the implementation of secure, scalable solutions that align with UMG Technology standards and support our long-term digital transformation goals.

Ownership mentality with a growth mindset, willing to challenge the status quo.
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience including Senior Business Analyst and/or Project Management roles.
Proven track record of technical innovation and problem-solving to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Preferred experience in the music industry, entertainment sector, or physical supply chain technology.
Familiarity with SAP Supply Chain systems

Salary Range:
$84,105- $155,725The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
