The tasks
- You are responsible for the conception and implementation of developments, strategies and product marketing measures for merchandise products
- You know the target groups and sales channels for the products you are developing and take into account the economic viability and artist specifications
- You represent the interface between partners such as production, warehouse, fulfillment, touring, management and artists
- You will be responsible for the independent coordination of the tour business in Europe, personnel booking, logistics and sales control
- You calculate and monitor merchandise production at home and abroad
- You are responsible for budgetary project responsibility and success monitoring
- You are responsible for the administration of in-house system processes, IT programs, maintenance of databases, warehouse management and inventory responsibility and control
- You work closely with our webshop team, controlling Warner Music UK/US
The profile you are looking for
- You have completed a business degree with a focus on marketing or a completed commercial apprenticeship with comparable qualifications and professional experience
- You have a keen sense of the market, trends and consumer behavior
Whether German or English - you are fluent in both languages, both written and spoken - You are confident in using Google Suits and have already gained some experience with Shopify
Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you
Ideally, you have already gained knowledge in project management - You have good presentation skills as well as very good communication and persuasion skills
