Job summary 

FUGA is looking for an enthusiastic and accurate Junior Royalty Administrator to assist in processing incoming and outgoing royalty statements using FUGA’s internal royalty accounting software. You will join a fast growing music and tech company and will help streamlining FUGA’s royalty accounting processes. In this position you are part of the Aggregation team. You work closely together with the Royalty Administrator and you report to the Director of Aggregation & Services.

What you do 

As junior royalty administrator you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all incoming reporting & payments are processed and received in a timely fashion, for Aggregation and Neighbouring Rights services;

  • Ensuring all invoices are send in a timely fashion;

  • Ensuring Aggregation and Neighbouring Rights reports are correctly imported into our in-house royalty accounting system and FUGA clients receive accurate statements;

  • Administering royalty balances;

  • Assist in DSP onboarding process and work closely together with licensing team;

  • Investigating and solving royalty allocation issues;

  • Ensuring contracts are set up correctly into royalty system;

  • Royalty inbox: daily review of incoming emails. Pick up requests from customers and suppliers, other ad hoc emails; central point of contact.

  • You are comfortable with communicating to clients and business partners;

  • You are experienced in MS Office and other administrative tools;

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication in English language;

  • You are a music lover.
