FUGA, a leading digital music distribution platform headquartered in Amsterdam, is currently looking for a DSP (Digital Service Provider) Manager, based in our Client Services team to work with the growing list of services that we deliver our clients' content to. You will join the established Amsterdam Client Services team at FUGA HQ and will manage the technical and operational work required for setting up delivery feeds to new DSPs, as well as managing the day to day relationship and troubleshooting tasks with our existing DSP partners.
What you do
Be a main point of contact for our existing DSP partners
Provide day to day support to the Senior DSP Manager
Investigate, troubleshoot, and where possible solve (technical and operational) issues related to our DSP connections
Act as interface and point of contact between Client Services as well as Development and Product teams for DSP related issues
Coordinate and chair regular catch up and planning calls with our DSP partners
Escalate issues where appropriate (into Head of CS, as well as Development and Product teams) and communicate effectively
Gather requirements for DSP platform specific feature, bug and upgrade work
Create support documentation, training guides and procedures for use internally and externally by clients
Test software improvements and bug fixes
Work closely with FUGA Licensing team to manage and prioritise new DSP setup, as well as day to day operational and administrative tasks
Who you are
You are tech savvy, communicative and confident working in and dealing with technical/operational teams. Some of the basic qualities and capabilities we feel are required for this role are:
2 or more years of experience working in digital supply chain, ideally in music
Are passionate about music and regularly use digital music services
Independent worker / thinker / planner
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Motivated to develop ones skill base
Organised and comfortable tracking and prioritising multiple issues
Able to work under pressure
Comfortable working in an AGILE environment
Fluent in English - written and speaking (additional languages a big +)
