Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a deep understanding and love for culture to join LOUD. Working within the London office, you will be a Project Lead for a key client overseeing global campaign delivery, from content production to media and communications.

You will sit within LOUD’s Partnerships team, building solid relationships with clients you are delivering for, whilst always on the lookout for the next partnership opportunity. This is initially a 6 month freelance contract, thereafter a permanent position within the Partnerships team could become available.

REQUIREMENTS

What You Will Do:

  • You will be the daily client lead on a global brand campaign and will develop amazing relationships that will lead to future projects together 
  • You will develop a strong understanding of your clients’ business, needs, expectations and requirements.
  • You will overdeliver on project objectives and KPIs
  • You are an amazing project manager and collaborator - you will pull together cross-department teams from producers to media managers to deliver your project.
  • You will have an innate ability to work with creative producers to deliver work that looks and sounds amazing.
  • You will be comfortable creating key project documents such as SOW/contracts, timelines, budgets, briefs and campaign reports.
  • You will meticulously oversee budgets and resource allocations
  • You will work with the Account Director to find opportunities to generate additional revenue with current clients.
  • You will live and breathe culture.

Who Are You?

  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience in a client facing role at an agency, label or consultancy, managing campaigns and co-ordinating a team.
  • You are an amazing project manager with meticulous attention to detail, delivering work that is of a high standard, on time and in budget.
  • You have brilliant multi-tasking abilities and are able to prioritise workload and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You have experience producing compelling digital content and amplifying it through paid media and socials.
  • You have experience managing six figure budgets.
  • You have experience developing and delivering client presentations and are a confident communicator.
  • You understand and care about culture, ideally music. You may have a side hustle or two.
